1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, packing box, certificates, and documentation.
- Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at sales@leenaimpex.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Return Shipping: We will handle the entire return process for you and provide you with free return shipping.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
2. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 28 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, packing box, certificates, and documentation.
- Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Process:
- Initiate an Exchange: To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at sales@leenaimpex.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Return Shipping: We will manage your exchange and offer free shipping for both returning the original item and sending out the replacement.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s) for exchange, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria.
- Replacement Item: If your exchange is approved, we will process and ship the replacement item to you within 10 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement item has been dispatched.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at sales@leenaimpex.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include offering a replacement or a full refund.
- Shipping Costs: If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.
