Where can I view my sales receipt?
At Leena Impex, we strive to make accessing your sales receipts as simple as possible. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt attached. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to our website and view your past orders and receipts in the "Order History" section. For any additional assistance, our customer support team is always ready to help.
How can I return an item?
At Leena Impex, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 28 days of receiving it. To initiate the process, simply contact our customer service team. Ensure that the jewelry is in its original, unused condition. We will provide you with a return shipping label and process a refund or exchange once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that custom or personalized pieces may not be eligible for returns.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
At Leena Impex, we strive to keep our most popular items in stock. If an item is marked as "out of stock," there is a high chance it will be restocked soon. What are your store hours?

Our store is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, we are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
