  2. Authorisation: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
  3. Free Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping with a prepaid label.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
  5. Refund: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, and you will be notified via email.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request Exchange: Contact us at sales@leenaimpex.com with your order number and the item details.
  2. Approval: You will receive an Exchange Authorisation Number and further instructions.
  3. Free Shipping: We provide free return shipping for the original item and free delivery for the replacement.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once the original item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 10 business days with tracking confirmation.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Report Within 7 Days: Email sales@leenaimpex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
  2. Resolution: We will offer a suitable solution, including a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
  3. Return Shipping: We will cover the return cost and provide a prepaid return label.
