- Authorisation: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
- Free Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping with a prepaid label.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, and you will be notified via email.

Exchange Process:
- Request Exchange: Contact us at sales@leenaimpex.com with your order number and the item details.
- Approval: You will receive an Exchange Authorisation Number and further instructions.
- Free Shipping: We provide free return shipping for the original item and free delivery for the replacement.
- Inspection & Processing: Once the original item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 10 business days with tracking confirmation.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Report Within 7 Days: Email sales@leenaimpex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Resolution: We will offer a suitable solution, including a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the return cost and provide a prepaid return label.
