  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  1. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Customs or logistical disruptions

  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping due to their size, weight, or nature.
  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: Please notify us within 7 days of the shipping date.
  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. Please retain all packaging materials.
